Now this is more like it. A nice increase to all stats, but really the only ones we care about are Defense and Special. It's not a bad combination and can be your Water type if you so wish. It doesn't offer too much otherwise, aside from a terrible Grass weakness. So yeah, Rock doesn't really help it much, since it doesn't even get STAB from it. Not that it needs it, you know you have problems when HP is higher than Attack. But it does make this one a bit plain. Well, it can still dance the night away.
